Overview

At around 130 square metres, Sonnenschein is the largest apartment in the house and sits entirely on the ground floor. Living area, dining space and kitchen flow into one another, with a sofa, a fireplace, a long dining table and a kitchen island with bar stools.

The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. One of the two bathrooms comes with a whirlpool bath and a glass shower, and there is a second bathroom plus an extra toilet.

Three bedrooms, each with a large double bed, and the sofa bed in the living area sleep up to eight. For rainy days there are three 58-inch TVs with a streaming service, a games console and board games.

The house: Badestraße 20

The house at Badestraße 20 stands on a side street in Bündheim, a district of Bad Harzburg. It was completed in September 2021 after an extensive renovation and now has six holiday apartments for up to four, six or eight guests. Every kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, and every window has external blinds or shutters.

The house has a small courtyard, and fields and meadows start about 500 metres away. Restaurants and supermarkets are a few minutes away, public transport stops close by, and Bad Harzburg railway station is around 800 metres from the door.

Parking: Free public parking right by the house and on the street, no reservation needed.
