Check-in
from 3 pm
Contactless via key box or code lock, even late in the evening. You receive the code on arrival day at 2:55 pm.
Check-out
by 10 am
Leave the key where you found it. Final cleaning is included in the price.
Dogs
€10 per night
Up to 2 dogs per apartment are welcome; the price is per dog.
Bed linen and towels
€25 per person
Optional, book at least 24 hours before arrival. Or bring your own.
Deposit
€80
Paid by bank transfer or PayPal before arrival. You get it back within 14 days after departure if everything is in order.
Cancellation
free up to 14 days before
After that we charge the price of the nights, minus the costs we save and anything we earn by re-letting.
Tourist tax
The towns levy a tourist tax. You pay it to us and we pass it on.

Guest registration
Guest registration
For the tourist tax and the guest card, you register online once before arrival; the link comes with your booking confirmation. Guests who do not hold German citizenship also need a registration form under German registration law. In Wernigerode, you fill it in directly in the town's online registration. In Bad Harzburg and Vienenburg, you upload a photo of your passport or ID card in the guest area; we use it to prepare the form and delete the photo once it has been checked. Adult fellow travellers who do not hold German citizenship need their own form, except spouses and civil partners.
Smoking and parties
None of our apartments allow smoking. Parties and events are not permitted.

How do I get into the apartment?
Contactless via a key box or code lock. We send you the code on arrival day at 2:55 pm, and you can get in from 3 pm. So arriving late in the evening is no problem.
Is bed linen included?
No, bed linen and towels are not included in the price. You can add them for €25 per person at least 24 hours before arrival, or bring your own.
Can we bring our dog?
Yes, up to two dogs per apartment. We charge €10 per dog and night.
How much is the tourist tax?
Bad Harzburg €3.00, Wernigerode €3.50 and Goslar-Vienenburg €3.30 per person and night. Children pay less or nothing; the details are under “Good to know”.
Can we arrive earlier or leave later?
On request: check-in from 1 pm or check-out until noon costs €100 each. Whether it works depends on the guests before and after you.
How do I cancel?
Just send us an email. Cancellation is free up to 14 days before arrival; the rental terms explain what applies after that.
