Overview

Harzer-Perle is on the first floor and measures around 50 square metres. The living space has a grey sofa with a coffee table, a 50-inch TV on the wall and a large wardrobe. Two windows let in daylight.

The kitchenette has a dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, plus a small table with two chairs. In the bathroom you will find a steam shower.

For sleeping there is a double bed and a sofa bed, enough for up to four people. Board games are there for rainy days, and so is a games console. All windows have external blinds or shutters, so you can darken the rooms whenever you like.

The house: Badestraße 20

The house at Badestraße 20 stands on a side street in Bündheim, a district of Bad Harzburg. It was completed in September 2021 after an extensive renovation and now has six holiday apartments for up to four, six or eight guests. Every kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle, and every window has external blinds or shutters.

The house has a small courtyard, and fields and meadows start about 500 metres away. Restaurants and supermarkets are a few minutes away, public transport stops close by, and Bad Harzburg railway station is around 800 metres from the door.

Parking: Free public parking right by the house and on the street, no reservation needed.

  • Smoking is not allowed anywhere in the house.
  • Parties and events are not allowed.
  • Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 6 am.
