Overview

Harztraum 3 is on the second floor of the front building at Albert-Bartels-Straße 30 and has 90 m². Two bedrooms measure 16 m² each and a third 5 m². There is a double bed, a large double bed and a single bed, plus a sofa bed in the living room, sleeping up to six guests.

The living room has a sofa, armchairs, an oval coffee table and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, and there are books, DVDs and music for children and board games for everyone. The bathroom has a bathtub.

The kitchen has an oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, coffee machine, kettle and toaster, and you eat at the dining table. Outside there is garden furniture and an outdoor dining area. Together with Harztraum 1 and 2, you can also request the apartment as part of a group offer. From the window you can see across the rooftops to Wernigerode Castle.

The house: Albert-Bartels-Straße 30/30a

The plot at Albert-Bartels-Straße 30 and 30a holds six holiday apartments for up to six guests. In the front building (No. 30), Harztraum 1 and 2 are on the first floor and Harztraum 3 on the second. In the rear courtyard, Harztraum 5 and the Loft Traumplatz (No. 30a) face each other, both on the ground floor, and Harztraum Tiny sits in the garden. Groups can also book Harztraum 1, 2 and 3 together.

The plot is in the town centre: the Culture & Congress Centre is about 200 metres away and the town hall around 500 metres, and a supermarket, bakery and cafés are a few minutes' walk. There is a courtyard and a garden with garden furniture. Bicycles can be left in the courtyard or in the bike room.

Parking: Each apartment includes exactly one parking space in the Contipark multi-storey car park at Pfarrstraße 43, about 100 metres from the house. Any further cars park in the same car park at the operator’s rates. You can stop briefly in front of the house to load and unload.

  • Smoking is not allowed in the apartments.
  • Quiet time starts at 10 pm.
